Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager, Global Payments
Gail Burgos serves as senior diversity and inclusion manager at Global Payments. Prior to the merger of Global Payments and TSYS in 2019, Gail was the senior diversity and inclusion manager of TSYS. She was with legacy TSYS for more than 20 years, serving in a variety of leadership positions at the company.
In her current role, Gail leads Global Payments’ efforts to continue to build its inclusion and diversity efforts across the company. Prior to her current responsibilities, she served as the senior advisor to the chief information officer, supporting all business lines and aspects of the information technology business at legacy TSYS.
Gail received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Columbus State University, a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Troy State University and a doctorate in Organizational Theory and Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Gail currently serves on the board for the Greater Columbus chapter of “Partners in Education” and Girls Inc. in Georgia, as well as on the board of Wnet. She is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
