Leslie Legel is a Sales Enablement and Product Marketing Strategist with nearly two decades of experience in Financial Services and Healthcare IT. She began her career in 2006 at Fifth Third Bank before moving into merchant services in 2009, where she gained hands-on sales experience within the regional bank footprint. Over the years, Leslie advanced her career through the evolution of Fifth Third Processing Solutions into Vantiv (now Worldpay), building expertise across sales enablement, sales operations, and partner development. She played a key role in supporting company acquisitions and growth into the Integrated and Partner space, collaborating with sales, product, and partner teams to navigate the complex merchant services landscape.
Leslie’s passion for training and enablement has been a consistent thread throughout her career—developing resources and programs to empower sales representatives, agent banks, ISOs, and partners to grow their merchant portfolios. In 2014, she transitioned to the ISV side of the business, joining a Louisville-based Healthcare IT company as a leader in sales enablement and solutions, while also shaping merchant strategy. She later joined CenterEdge Software, continuing to build and scale the integrated payments program, in addition to the payments go to market program that drives measurable success.
Dedicated to designing impactful frameworks and go-to-market strategies, Leslie specializes in bridging the gap between sales and product teams. She is passionate about equipping sales organizations with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed through ongoing education, support, and strategic alignment.
