SVP of Compliance
As Senior VP of Compliance at Payroc, Darrel helps ensure that Payroc is meeting compliance standards with card brands, banks, customers and regulators around the world. Darrel is the Payroc Privacy Officer and the Payroc AML Officer worldwide. In addition, Darrel is MLRO for USA, Canada, EU, Israel (Middle East) and Australia and NewZealand (AIPAC).
Darrel has worked for over 35 years in the financial services industry. He held the position of EVP at CSRSI, was president of US Financial Services Group, and was SVP at TSYS, a worldwide payment processor/acquirer. Darrel also served as SVP Sales for SITEL Worldwide, a global business process outsourcing leader. He also held senior level positions with CIBC, a leading North American financial institution, including roles in issuing, acquiring, payments and product development.
Darrel is active within the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) community, contributing as a panel and program speaker, and committee member. He has been a featured speaker at National Retail Federation CFO Forums, is a Direct MarketingAssociation guru, and has served the United Way as a Cabinet Member in the Leadership giving program. Currently Darrel is a member of the ETA Compliance Committee
