Sarah leads our UK Operational functions – supporting our customers from boarding right through to servicing. A veteran in operations, she has worked for major brands Tesco & EE in Customer & Servicing strategy roles before joining the Worldpay team. Sarah is extremely passionate about creating great customer experiences and improving the lifecycle for our customer. Sarah is a digital first advocate, striking the right balance between easy-to-use experiences and having the right colleagues on hand when needed – making channel of choice seamless. Partnering across our organisation, she continues to press for positive customer outcomes and challenging herself & others to think differently about the experiences we are creating. Leveraging existing and new emerging technology to improve boarding experiences or AI to improve response times, increase accuracy and therefore improving right first time outcomes for both our colleagues and customers is something she is most proud of.
