With a foundation in project and program management, she built a reputation for leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that translate business strategy into operational execution. During nearly a decade at UBS, she led enterprise transformation programs spanning Risk, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Data. Earlier roles at Bank of AmericaMerrill Lynch and Accenture broadened her experience across retail banking, investment banking, and wealth management.
