Karen Xu joined Ingenico in 2024 as the Chief Financial Officer for North America that leads financial planning and analysis, accounting, audit, tax, and treasury. She has 20 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, operations, and investment. Prior to that, Karen served as the global Chief Financial Officer for ORBCOMM, a PE backed industrial IoT company previously listed on the NASDAQ.
Karen was also the global Chief Financial Officer for Honeywell’s Connected Supply Chain, and Connected Safety & Productivity sectors, driving industrial automation and IoT SaaS transformation. Prior to that, she served as the Americas Chief Financial Officer at General Electric, scaling their industrial IoT and SaaS business in the Power and Energy sector.
Karen began her career in buy-side and banking, helping large institutional investors make investment decisions, and spent 8 years in strategy and operations consulting mainly with Deloitte and EY where she served Fortune 500 and PE-backed companies with a focus on finance transformation, process improvement, M&A and IPOs.
Karen received a M.B.A from Emory University and a B.S. in Finance from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and is a Certified Management Accountant.
