Jess Kirkpatrick lives on a small hobby farm in Springfield, Nebraska, just a few minutes south of Omaha, with her husband, two of their four children, three dogs, a cat, goats, and chickens. Her two older children are grown—one is attending UNO, and the oldest is getting married in Fall 2026. Together with her husband, Jess owns Rathskeller Bier Haus, a German bar in Omaha, and invites visitors to stop by whenever they’re in town. She enjoys spending time in her garden, planning their next vacation, and connecting with her PEO (Philanthropic Educational Organization) sisters—a nonprofit group dedicated to supporting women’s educational opportunities.
